Dosha balancing breakfast

Break Your fast !

For a Kapha imbalanced person or constitution, it is better to break the fast by taking a Lime juice with Honey and Ginger! Since breakfast time is Kapha predominant, there is no need of a heavy breakfast. Taking Fenugreak tea, Ginger tea, Cumin tea etc are some examples.

If you have a Pitta predominance or having an inflammatory disease going on in the body, it is better to take some sweet fruits with coconut scrapings, cardamom etc.

if your problems are from the vitiated Vata Dosha, take a warm porridge with cinnamon, cardamom and Milk.
