Everything is too much in my life, so many projects, Too much health consciousness which fills up with extra-curricular activities like too much exercises, too much yoga, crazy super food idea, vegan, extreme vegetarian even the body craves for opposite, no room for relationships, External relationship, Times stress of long holidays which make moody days, listening an non interesting topics………

Are you waking up with enough energy? Do you ready to your daily routines for taking shower, brushing your teeth etc.? Ready to make a fresh and healthy breakfast? Ready to prepare your children for Kindergarten or schools? Are you motivated for going to your work?

Begin your daily routines by activating your senses. (Glands & Joints) * Ask our Ayurveda TeacherTime for your flexibility (Body-Yoga) and energise your lungs( Pranayama) and calm you mind (Meditation)? * Ask our Pranayama teacher & Meditation teacher.Care your Partner and the chidren minimum with a good smile and hug, not only your pets. * Ask our psychologist for more detailsPlan your journey with more flexibility and comfortable which is more environmental friendly.Did you take your lunch box, thermoflask or your energy balance powders.Communicate with your boss or colleagues with a pleasant approach and wish some good words and create a positive energy in that work environment.
